This is always a fun exercise.
1. Kyrou (I think he can still be a top line forward)
2. Bokk (Top line forward, but has more to prove then JK)
3. Husso (Starter or at worst 1B)
4. Kostin (I think he winds up middle six with some speed and banging ability)
5. Alexandrov (2nd line center)
6. Perunovich (I think he has 2nd pairing upside - but will need to work on his defensive play - More to prove then Reinke, but higher upside).
7. Mikkola (He will be a call up this year - at best a number 4 and could be a Edmundson clone)
8. Reinke (only RHD IN THE WHOLE FRACKING SYSTEM, but I think he has bottom pairing upside).
9. Tucker (Could be the best of the dmen - definitely most improved over the year - if he continue his slope, he could jump past everyone at this time next yearand bypass everyone else).
10. Ellis (I will not let the summer showcase really dictate what I think). He can still be a starter, but has a long way to go.
11. Washkurak (Little engine that could). Likely a bottom line guy, but has a constant motor and decent hands (Sobi before he became a priss).
12. Laferriere (Another supprise from last year, he made team Canada summer showcase, but kind of was..... blah). That is much better then anyone would have guessed based on where he was drafted. They had a crazy stat. over 70% of the kids had been drafted in the first 3 rounds who played that week.....
13. Poganski (further along in his development then Foley and Topo and Stevens). Fits in with what we are trying to do with the 4th line.
14. Fitzpatrick (Binnington 2.0? or Jason Bascashula-spelling, but older guys know).
15. Foley (He has higher upside then Poganski, but he lost a full year of development and who knows with the concussion thing)
16. Toropchenko (I am not as high on him as others)
17. Stevens (that lost year of development after he was drafted really hurt him)
18. Walman (maybe this is the year he figures out the dzone - or moves to winger)
19. Joshua (No idea about this guy)
20. Andersson (just because we feel alittle light on D)
