Here is the task :
Create a 29-man (yes, 29) roster, using one and only one player from each of the other NHL teams, but no Senators.
Rules : No players that have not been drafted yet (obviously), no prospects (each player picked must have at least 40 NHL games). Also, try as much as possible to keep his player to his natural position (C, LW, RW, D, G). Must have 2 or 3 goalies, at least 13 forwards, and at least 7 Dmen. Obviously you wouldn't have 29 men on the active roster, so you can specify who the extras/alternates are, but still must have exactly one player from each NHL team other than the Senators.
Also, no more than 3 ELC's (if that player is still on his ELC next season).
One last rule, this is using this season's salary cap. I was going to use the lower cap for next season, but since it is a 29-man roster, that would be really unfair. The extra roster players will still make this a huge challenge though.
Can't wait to see your teams!
