There's some, you can hear the crowd when they react to something, but it doesn't sound like they're very consistently loud.

Ovechkin is having a horrid season by his standards and he's still going to hit 30 goals and maybe 70 points.
In their own end they're playing right into the Canes hands with the constant attempts to force it up the boards. They need to adapt, because it's a bad strategy and usually is.

You can tell how badly Ovi wants another shot at the playoffs. Dude is working his butt off in front of the Canes net and it's paying off.

Exactly. He adapted when teams think they have him figured out. Those are gritty playoff style goals.

Yeah, it's scary how effective and clinical his finishing is when he's playing with confidence and getting into the right spots, even at 38. He can score 30 while skating at 2 mph on average lol.
It was really just a horrid first half of the season.
I remain convinced he was nursing some kind of injury that healed over time and especially over the All-Star Break.
I have a hunch he'll break the record and push to hit 50 next season.
On a little college tour with my daughter. Watched the game on iPad in car last night on way to Blacksburg. Today watching the game going from UTK to UK. Should catch most of the second from hotel room. But this monumental app sucks ass! I mean it is really bad!
Ovi could play well into his 40s and just sit in front of the net Knuble-style and still score at least 30 a year. Let him hit the record next year and then ride off into the sunset in his last contract year on a retirement tour.

Before tonight he was shooting 10% on the season and he's a career ~13% shooter. Closer to his career average and yeah 40 would have been in reach.
