Nothing screams 12th overall pick like an inconsistent 5’11 OHL goalie with spotty rebound control and a horrible playoff resume.

Maybe Ivankovic really figures it out at Michigan and Craig likes the NCAA route for him to really refine his game?

The problem is McQueen hasn't shown the ability to stay healthy and/or produce at an elite level, which is what I said and why I'm very skeptical

For McQueen it's all about his size and being the next BIG center, this always happens.

Not just centers. Every position if you're like 6 foot 5 or more. Scouts will always give them the benefit of the doubt as long as they can skate relatively well and can put on some muscle. Sometimes it works but alot of times these project big men just never pan out if they have health issues already or don't have a ton of skill to start with. I always wince a bit on draft day when the scouting report starts with something like, "big bodied" instead of other attributes AND being big as well.
