The thing is, the personnel is generally right for top unit.
Maybe we need another shooter for right side but who do you take out.
Jack and Bratt - No. They are our most creative.
Bastian - No. He’s clearly our best net front presence.
Dougie - No. Need a dman to patrol the blue line and he is our best shooter.
Hischier. Maybe. But he is the only one that can win faceoffs.

If we take out Hischier off the No.1 unit. Move Jack to bumper. And have Zetterlund/Sharangovich as another shooter in the Ovechkin spot. Is probably the only personnel change we can do. And we have to trust Hughes on faceoffs.
