Coyle and Peeke ain’t worth much. If they traded Coyle in the summer coming off 60 points with tough matchups, different story, but he we are with him on a 20 point pace.

Carlo is a 2nd pairing big right handed D that is signed for 4 million with term that just turned 28. You are underselling his value to yourself.

Frederic is harder to get a read on. He has started slow this year. But over the last 2 1/3 seasons he has as many 5 on 5 goals as Marchment, Crouse and Bennett and he does it from the bottom six. And he plays a ratty game with size. And his contract is cheap this year. Feels like someone a contender could over pay for, but who knows.

Brazeau should be in your list, too. 6’6” 26 year old late bloomer pacing around 20/20 that is on a minimum contract.

I'd like to see Coyle back with the Wild but not sure I'd want to pay much, especially without retention.

We could sure use him right now , when we are healthy I’m not sure where you slot him in but he does have some level of versatility and isn’t a liability in a checking role. If Freddy wasn’t having such a good year this makes more sense.

As a Blues fan Coyle and Peeke would sound like decent stop gaps for a middle 6 C and a bottom pair RHD. Tho I don't know how much Boston would be asking and I don't know how their relationship was with Monty.

Bruins shouldn’t move any of those players besides maybe Frederic for a scoring type winger. Coyle and Carlo take the brunt of all defensive deployment and there is nobody to replace Peeke at the moment.

Yeah Jets would be extremely interested in Coyle if he would be willing to come here. Would be absolutely shocked if Winnipeg isn't on his 8 team list.

How is Frederic's skating? He in theory perfectly fills 3LW on the caps (or 3RW if he plays RW).

According to NHL Edge stats he was 74% in too speed and 63rd percentile in speed bursts last year but is 50 and 50 this year (which kind of speaks the broader pace and malaise effecting the whole team more than Frederic forgetting how to skate at 26)

Carlo’s game seems to have fallen off if you listen to Bruins fans.

The whole teams has and its head scratching.

Coyle + Carlo + Frederic
For
Nurse + J.Brown + Savoie + 1st (2026)

:P
So the worst contract in the NHL, a 30 yr old dman that can stick in the nhl currenlly in the A. A good prospect struggling in the A and a first two years out for a good 2/3 center on a good contract, a solid defensive top 4 rh d on a solid contract and another solid young top 9 power forward on an expiring contract. I'm gonna go ahead and assume correctly you're an Oil fan. You forgot the 50% retention on Nurse and the other pieces you're sending to the Bruins.
