Offense dominated by Russians. D very swedish as expected

Sweden can win this tourney alone so why not.

I'd have Barkov though on that lineup.

That would be a pretty formidable lineup, can't see why not as it relates to them winning it all.

Swedish D is better than that D. Risto and Klingberg really doesn't belong.

Team Real Europe would miss some natural unity, a huge challenge for coaching staff. I vote for Sweden alone. Although skill wise, for sure.

The Team would have the same unity as the Team part of Europe or Team NA.
In my opinion if you want to make a Gimmick tournament...make a real Gimmick tournament.

Yeah of course. That team would be the favourites at least on paper. Chemistry may be a problem tho

Does Russia even count? Most define it as a semi-continent on its own known as Eurasia. 77% of the country is technically in Asia, and it is not part of the European community or the Schengen area.

How about a real Team North America? Basically just slap Kane, Parise and Pavelski onto Team Canada.

Russia counts in all sports to Europe. 85 percent of the Population life in the european part. So it's much more influenced from Europe as from Asia.

I don't they they would be. Canada would still be the favourites as they have a team of stars built around a system rather then just a team of stars.

I agree. If you're going to have a Team Europe, then their opponent should be a Team North America.

Add Kane to Canada's roster - definitely. Pavelski - probably. Parise - maybe.

Landeskog Kopitar Zuccarello would be a really good shut down line.

Yes. Chemistry wouldn't be a problem at all. The better the names on the roster the more tightly knit team it is. National pride is also just an ancient concept that plays no role in sports and especially not in team sports.
