Pretty weak IMO - Does not deny the team is for sale, or that outside parties are interested - In fact, it seems to confirm both those things for me reading between the lines.

Keep in mind that there was a story earlier this year about the chilliwack arena being sought by Aquilini, and that the owners of the Chiefs have said they’re not going anywhere, and that the city has no interest in selling their arena. I think this is a bit speculative.
