Stinks, but every team has injuries, and the teams we're competing with have it worse than us (knock on wood). Like others, curious if we see Marco back at C. Right now you can still make it work with Larkin/Compher/Veleno/Fischer...but that's certainly not great.

Why do people act like putting a highly regarded first-round prospect in the lineup will ruin our chances? I’ve never understood that logic. Copp makes plenty of mistakes all the f***ing time…

Copp is still a veteran with experience. Last I've seen, Nate still needs some more development before I can trust him in an important role with the big club.

Not a Copp fan, but this is a huge loss to the team. His boring defensive ability is exactly what the team was missing last night.

Hopefully Ras isn’t out too, but now I think Yzerman needs to make a deal before the deadline to add some more depth to this roster.

The only real injury I've ever had and when I see it happen - Gustavsson in net, DDK against the boards, whatever Copp suffered - I cringe.

It feels so WRONG to have your arm hanging 6" lower than it should and hurt like hell. And it LOOKS wrong.

Ugh. Fast Heal, Mr. Copp! You'll know when the pressure changes for a storm at least.

I would now try Berggren at 1st line for a short period and put Kasper back to Center.

After we get a Center back, then Kasper could return to 1st line.

According to Bultman, Ras is not making the trip to Minnesota, but he he listed day/day so hopefully back for Thursday, also saw today that they removed Copp's nameplate from his locker room stall and put one up for Dries...not sure how many spare stalls they have in the room, but sure sounds like they are expecting Copp out for a while....

Friedman speculated today that Brayden Schenn might be interesting in being moved from the Blues if he’s to play with his brother Luke.

Would fill a void in our top 6 and take one to Gustafson or Holl out of the line up.

I would definitely be making some phone calls to inquire what the fees would be for the both of them.
