So I guess the majority of us agree on what the problems are, and what needs to be changed. The question is what will Sather do?

If he does something stupid like sign Cally to a long term deal I swear I am going to stop watching the rangers until Sather is gone. There is only so much stupid I can stand.

Two things.

Sather IS the problem.

You won't stop watching and you know it.

He's back in the old Minnesota Wild way of doing things. Ive always said you can never have an eastern european player as your main focal point especially one as injury prone as Gaborik

First, it was the Russian bias rampant on the board. Now, we want to start this **** with all Eastern Europeans?

This Rangers team has a North American core led by blue collar poster boy, Callahan. Where has that gotten us?

2005-2006 Carolina Frantisek Kaberle led the defense
2006-2007 Anaheim Teemu Selanne led the offense
2007-2008 Detroit Pavel Datsyuk/Henrik Zetterberg led the offense. N Lidström led the defense
2008-2009 Pittsburgh Evgeni Malkin led the offense. Sergei Gonchar led the defense
2009-2010 Chicago. RIGHT but Marian Hossa had a smaller role getting concussed. (Kane/Toews led the offense, Keith on D)
2010-2011 Boston David Krejci led the offense. Zdeno Chara led the defense.
2011-2012 Los Angeles Anze Kopitar led the offense. (Willie Mitchell) led the defense.
2012-2013 Chicago REDUX. RIGHT AGAIN but Marian Hossa had a bigger role now. (Kane/Toews led the offense, Keith on D)

Let's get this thread back on track.

You are right on both. There are a good number of vets on this board that I have now known since pre-2000. We are still here chatting. Which means that we are all watching. Off course, we are. We are the fans that this organization takes for granted. And rightfully so. We do not go away.

On the other issue, right again. It ALL starts with Jackass. The fish rots from the head down.
