Lol. Must have missed the rest of the game.

That idiot should go back and look at when Hyman was borded ahead of the Blue's tying goal.

Ref in the frame half put his arm up before catching himself and putting it down. He knew it was a penalty, but made a conscious decision not to call it. Game isn't in OT if they just did their job there even with the Ekholm joke call.

It was hilarious last nite in the GDT.

After their 2nd goal it became Skinners fault yet again by some ppl. Totally ignored the absolutely dominant cycle by the Blues that predicated a wide open CC...or that Stu still got a piece of it

It was also hilarious seeing it blamed on the refs, but all crickets when the Blues deserved a penalty shot on Leon's blatant hold
It's no different than when people like you defended Skinner after the Toronto game or the Washington game.

Almost like people go overboard on their opinions 🙄🙄

You would have missed a few massive saves by the goalie that you're raging about.
Lol, they weren't massive saves. He did his job. You know, like an NHL goaltender is supposed to do.

Acting like this game was some sort of goaltending masterpiece is just as dumb as saying everything is his fault.

He played exactly like they needed him too, nothing more nothing less. If it happened more often, no one would say anything.

I didn'tbring up TO. I did mention Wash, Buf and Det tho.
Both Lowetide and Gregor made points on the Washington and those other games today. Applying logic to this isn't hard if you don't have an agenda

You were in the pgt after the TO games crying about things not being Skinner's fault.

All in saying is that people go overboard, you, me, lots of people.

There are people that well die on a hill defending Skinner for some weird reason and there are people that will blame everything on him.

Nothing worse than someone who thinks their shit doesn't stink...

It’s happened much, much, much more often than not the last 3 months, but I won’t let that get in the way of you filling your boots with Skinner rage.

Not a single soul here suggested last night was a “goaltending masterpiece,” but keep projecting as a means to fuel the anger.

I don't really care, he played a good game. Saying he made massive saves is the same hyperbole as saying everything is his fault.

You guys will circle jerk each other when he acts like an average goaltender and there is a whole different group that blows their loads when he f***s up.

I swear, some people don't watch any other hockey.

He made a save on a clear breakaway, and several in the first few minutes off of very clean slot looks, including one on I believe Schenn on the first shift. Objectively big and important saves, but I’m sorry that offends you.

I watch plenty of other hockey, which gives me the context behind my opinion that he’s a fairly average goalie that takes a lot more heat from troglodytes calling him the worst goalie ever than he deserves.

Sure, thinking he's the worst ever is stupid. The vast majority of people down on him because there is no reason for this team to accepting average goaltending. Not his fault that he's being put in the position he is, but people expect a lot more than average on a team that's 3rd in the league.

He's never been a big game goalie and his stats are trending down on a team whose defensive play is well into the top 3rd in the league. By definition, they should get better than average goaltending by virtue of their better
than average defending. They give up some of the least high danger chances his high danger save percentage looks dismal.

Again, he is an average goalie playing on an above average team that covers up alot of his shortcomings. Aside from the few jack asses that blame everything on him, I think most people are critiquing the organization for thinking average goaltending is good enough.

It's your choice to act like your his friend and pretend that average goaltending is great.
