Needed money saves on the PK too. Getting scored on that trash call would have been deflating, and Skinner moping after letting one in there would have probably sank the whole group. Way Skinner has played this year we probably end the first down 3-0 and deflated anyways.

When we do shop for a goalie this summer (we damn well better be), personality better be near the top of the list of importance.

Pickard is doing what skinner can’t consistently do. Clamp it down and make those key saves when it matters. Gives up 2 early, is a rock afterwards. If this is skinner he let’s in some muffin even when his team is dominating. That’s the difference.

I think I read that Arvidsson (5) and Connor Brown (3) had 8 shots combined, all the Knights' forwards had 7 shots lol.
