This is the best part of the hire, Drake and Josh are basically married for the foreseeable future.
That part of this i can get behind. A stable OC who won't be getting HC inquiries.
This is funny though that the Krafts could have hired this Vrabel/McDaniels duo last offseason and in theory you're in a much better spot already.

No fear of Maye becoming a star or Pats becoming competitive. Instead of innovation Kraft tries to desperately recreate the good old days with the same old tired gang who all failed everywhere they went since Tom Brady stopped carrying their ass.

Vrabel never coached for Bill. No way should Kraft be going out on a limb and rolling the dice with a first time head coach. You see Vrabel 2x a year with the Jets as well if we do that.
They went from worst coach in the NFL to someone in the 6-15 range Vrabel isn't top 5 but he's top half automatically.
Also even if you somehow get Ben Johnson bc he prefers Maye to Williams there's still a ton of risk. But Chicagos ownership spends tons of cash on the practice facilities and other stuff along with payroll. You think he'd work for Kraft instead of the Bears owners the cheapest owner in the league?

The Brady era ended when Kraft couldn't stomach ABs antics for a few months. You don't get him in the first place if you won't live with that stuff. Newsflash WRs are head cases look at Jaylen Polk or for someone good Stefon Diggs. Pats fan AJ Brown has a ton of baggage. Who knows if this coaching staff ends up working out but this trio at the top of the coaching staff is so much more experienced than Mayo, AVP, Covington. That is promising.
