It's hard to argue the Jackets won that trade giving up a 2nd and Laine for Harris. And if you don't win the trade, don't make it.

The bigger mistake IMO was in the Jiricek situation where they initially were asking for a 1-for-1 trade and nobody was interested... so they amended the asking price when they weren't forced to.
