Run on paragraphs annoy me.

Jenner can play center, but he's most effetive at wing.
You should worry less about the length of the paragraph then and worry about what's in it. If I'm not academically writing I don't focus at all on spelling, grammar, or structure nor would I expect anyone else to do so when casually talking hockey.

And Jenner is productive wherever he has played for us. Dubi is right now a great 2C and for the foreseeable future will likely produce and compete at that level. Why move a 23 year old 30 goal scorer who had his most productive year with us and is at near ppg this year. As another poster pointed out all of our C are playing just as well as RNH this year or better. Wennberg doesn't need RNH to develop like was suggested earlier he has developed greatly since torts arrived and has been one.of the best C in the league this year. RNH doesn't upgrade anything this currently but losing Saad kills us as far as loosing a pure shooter goes. We have very few of those. plenty of grit and plenty of playmaking but little shoot first guys. Saad-Wennberg-Foligno has been great for us I don't see anyway he leaves. Any of those guys to be fair. The 2 untouchable young studs and our fearless captain.

Seems that Columbus fans aren't high on the deal.

IMO, RNH is a great fit for Columbus.

He slots in as the #1 or #2 center. He will be able to help Wennberg develop, and allows time for PLD to develop either at center or wing.

Also, aside from Saad, Columbus has Jenner, Foligno, and Hartnell that can play left wing. Milano is about NHL ready.

Also stretches out Dubinsky's effectiveness. With Karlsson playing well, it improves the center depth without hurting Columbus's future.

Maybe I'm wrong. Just how I see it.

There's no question that RNH would be nice to have here, particularly as Dubinsky gets older. The question is whether or not it's worth giving up Saad.
