Parayko would leave a hole the Blues wouldn’t be able to fill. He’s a big part of their retool going forward. He’s needed desperately.

Why would the Habs be looking at a 31 year old that would cost at least a grade A prospect and probably more? He’s too old to be part of the core, so for me I wouldn’t do this and the Blues wouldn't either. Stay the course and stop trying to rush the rebuild. Jesus Christ

Habs dont really need top 2 D right now, we are not desesperate to make the playoff and our top 3 down the road should be Hutson Reinbacher Guhle, Parayko could cost too much to be our #4 in 2-3 seasons and hes not young either

Parayko plays the style that will age very well. He’s big, he’s a great skater and isn’t overly physical. He’s just a great shut down D with a great shot who you can rely on every night. He’ll be a big a part of the Blues re-tool.
