I would have liked Malinski with De Haan but if he doesnt make the team, middleton is probably his partner. Is he waiver exempt still?

I swear it feels like we use our established, top players the least in preseason out of any team. Every year, our top players play 1 game at the most in preseason.

While I appreciate avoiding needless injuries and wear & tear on them, it’s also tough to hit the ground running in top form when the season starts.

I don’t care about him at all. Unlikely to be an NHLer. Reminds me too much of a Merkley who just does his own thing, zero attention to defense and repeats the same mistakes over and over.

I heard he’s had a shit camp, too.
