If the Avs top line can outpace Nashville's top line, I trust Casey to be able to contain that 2nd line with ease, just have to pray the 3rd and 4th liners survive.

It's not like they have a choice, they don't even have the cap space to afford the Stienburg suspension and have enough players to fill up the lineup at the same time, that's how bad the situation is.

Stienburg wasn't sent down for cap space reasons, he was sent down for roster spot reasons. They have enough LTIR space to do whatever they want to do right now.

Of all my years watching the Avs, I've never not known call-ups at least a little. But I honestly have no idea who the heck Prishchepov is. Could be made up as far as I know.
