Player Discussion: Cole Perfetti 10th OA pick

That draft year was kind of nuts, as I could see any player go from 4-10.

I was super happy we drafted Perfetti at 10, and he's taking some major steps forward. Even I was surprised by his board battles during this series. Seems like he's gained a lot of strength from this time last year.

Overall, I'm happy for him, and hopefully there's a long term extension in the cards.

Reminds me of Schief shedding the Bambi nickname.

I wish him and Garrett were still doing our round two broadcasts. I thought they did a good job round one.

Garrett is by far the best HNIC color guy they have left. He doesn't inject himself too much, he doesn't blabber on, and his analysis is just smart and concise.

He also never gobbles any teams knobs, he just calls the game as he sees it.

Singh is growing on me, though he really needs to learn how to say some names. Schief - a - lee, Snugga rood, kind of drove me crazy.

You just know he'd be saying Buff a lin
