He was reaching a bit. Not all that much imo.head exposed and Radysh took it, such a tough play, part of me says the Radysh hit a defenseless player, part of me says Cole was reaching, didn`t protect himself.
good point, I was a bit surprised there wasn`t even so much a minor penalty, feel bad for Koepke, a real good story for the B`s this yearHe was reaching a bit. Not all that much imo.
Adding in that it was one thousand percent a blind side hit takes away the benefit of doubt for me. It’s a hit to the head
George Parros is a complete joke. How they can put a goon like him in that type job is laughable.good point, I was a bit surprised there wasn`t even so much a minor penalty, feel bad for Koepke, a real good story for the B`s this year
I'm with you. I thought it was borderline. If it was a Bs player with the opportunity to make that hit, I'd expect them to do that exact same thing, and would be a little upset if they didn't. Shitty outcome, though.head exposed and Radysh took it, such a tough play, part of me says the Radysh hit a defenseless player, part of me says Cole was reaching, didn`t protect himself.
Yep.Honestly that's a hit I want a Bruin defender to make 10/10 times. Raddysh kept his elbow tucked and just lit him up. The damage was from Koepke leaning forward and reaching in a bad part of the ice.
yep, been like this for years, total incompetence and inconsistency in making decisions surrounding safety of players and suspensionsGeorge Parros is a complete joke. How they can put a goon like him in that type job is laughable.
Him and Beecher can go as far as I'm concerned. Beecher only real asset is face offs and Keopkes only asset in PK, so both could be replaced by Providence or half the leagues waivers.I wouldn't be upset if they moved on from him. I thought he did well for himself but struggled at times as the season went on. Usually the prevailing thought is to never fall in love with a 4th liner since they're the most highly replaceable parts to a team.
I do wonder if the Bruins will be hesitant to let him go just to see him have a Jesper Boqvist bump with another team while the replacements have Beecher-like struggles and the team as a whole needs more speed, not less.
