Pavel isn't a loss but we traded a 3rd rd pick which can be useful at the deadline. Hopefully this guy can play bottom 6 C.

Followed this kid for a few years. There was a time where Nashville fans seemed to have him penciled as their long term 2C. Big kid, good defensively, and I’m hoping will surprise offensively.

He's more of the hybrid center/winger (played both positions quite a bit), iirc, and more of an east-west player than north-south. It'll be interesting to see if he fits and a what position they'll use him.

Only $775 000 this year and a RFA next summer, instead of UFA. Absolutely worth the price, imo. Can imagine Preds fans will be as happy about this one as they were with Fabbro and Tomasino.

Well he seems like a 4th line guy rather than a 3rd line guy based on his production in Nashville.

I imagine he plays 4C immediately and one of Ivan/Smith gets sent down, perhaps both if Drouin is ready. I think Bednar has liked Innala.
