I wouldn't trust any coach who wouldn't take an opportunity to be one of the 32 head coaches in the NHL now because they think they're gonna have a potential all-star team 4 years down the road.

I think that's the "respect in the NHL" thing. Celebrini is a rookie, Warsofsky is a rookie, they haven't "earned the right" to be disrespectful to the refs yet.
