Horachek pulled a Pete Carroll there. Not quite sure what he was thinking putting back in an ice cold goalie with fresh stitches in his leg.

It was the right move for the tank commander. The Leafs are now the 6th worst team in the league!

Reimer apologist, yeah. I don't care who the two goalies are, it's a disrespectful move.

bullcrap. Reimer faced two shots in 5 minutes. Yes, he just happened to be twiddling his thumbs at the other end of the ice while Hutton had his usual two goal brainfart, but its not like Reimer 'led them back" from a deficit... it was Berniers start, and he deserved to finish it. Its not like he would have been pulled had he not been cut... Yes, they lost but you can't say the Reimer wouldn't have given up the same two goals

Reimer made one good save, the other 3 were pretty easy.

I dont care who was in net for that third period, they werent going to come out winners. Poor coverage and being too soft in front of the net lead to those two goals in the third. Would have happened to Reimer just the same.

I agree it was a bad coaching move, but kudos to Bernie going back out there.

Horachek was inspired by Brad Pitts performance in Fury, so he has secretly vowed to take his crew in to the lowest place he can and tank it out.

Cause Bernier's play during that skid makes him deserve to keep on playing :shakehead

Horachek knows the fix is in. Implement a proper system that can be sustainable once the team improves, but right now winning isn't paramount. Losing 1-0 or 2-1 doesn't bother them too much

If the Jets could shed a goalie I would be interested in acquiring Reimer for a 3rd and a minor add.

Bernier now has an .892 save percentage since Christmas. Leafs aren't scoring but issues at both ends right now.

It was a bad move.

It was a bad move.

An elite level goalie would be able to steal games and avoid such a bad losing streak. Bernier would be a Back-up on just about every other team.
