Is it just me or is it odd that no player agents are named in any of these lawsuits? You’d think that most, if not all players had agents at the time they signed their contracts. Would the agents not have a certain level of culpability in not properly informing the players what they were signing?

we both know that its less about culpability and more about who can pay us the most amount of money. thats why the concusion lawsuits target the nhl and not the echl.

in theory you could argue that the tier 2 teams in canada have the same issues (not that i think there issues, i think players get more then fair compensation), but those teams have no money, and probably poor insurance, so no lawsuits.

Agreed but many of those Agencies are loaded with cash, a lot more than the CHL.

This is about challenging the student athlete designation but the reality is there are other contributing factors. One fo those factors is professional advice that those players pay for.
