Nah, I had thyroid surgery in March already, but the condition (hyperparathyroidism caused hypercalcemia) permanently damaged my kidneys. So, it's regular check-ups now; nutrition is like walking a mine field also (limited salt, whey, animal protein, phosphorus etc.). I decided to go sober to not.. well... be a 31 year-old with Stage2 CKD sipping beers / gintonics.

Do you want me to beat up your kidneys

They've had enough but I appreciate the sentiment.
