According to Petes2424 Philly has had scouts at a couple of the recent Kamloops games...good chance they are scouting Finnie, SY didn't need to waive Fischer to bring up Carter, so I suspect SY is up to something by Friday...I would not be surprised if Fischer gets claimed by San Jose or even the Ducks...and open a 2024/25 contract slot.

He has not brought a 10th of what he brought last year. Makes me wonder if he is nursing some kind of injury. Its not like he has a long term contract and can just take it easy this season.

I think it could just be that GR needs depth and Mazur has been realgud, and is an NHL upgrade. If Fischer gets claimed then so be it. If not, he covers for Mazur in GR.

There is no reality where this makes any sense. They moved him and retained 50% for a 7th because of obvious issues with him, regardless of talent he can't seem to manage to stay on any team long-term.

Well aware which is why I said I know it wont happen lol .. would have been nice to add the vrana that went on a scoring run with us for our playoff run now ... but yes we're not claiming vrana

Loved his game last year. This year not so much. Seems like a good guy though wish him the best
