I noticed on his EP page they have top WHL 08' Cooper Williams going to North Dakota in 27-28. That'd be his d+2, not sure where they got that except he's already said he's going back to Sask. for his draft year.

It seems pretty clear that the timeline on these CHL>>>NCAA guys is going vary wildly, and not just on pure talent alone.
If there's any good news for the CHL it seems most of the top guys are staying for their draft year, and some are coming for their draft year that'd would've went JrA/USHL otherwise.
