They are beginning to announce.....excellent pick up for LSSU!
That's the presumption/assumption.Does he start NCAA as sophomore?
Who knows these days.Does he start NCAA as sophomore?

Then they just get the top Junior A guys who won't be good enough for the NCAA anymore. But yes, USports getting hit really hardUSports getting hit twice now. They lose the top CHL recruits, and now are losing current players.
USports definitely the silent victim in all of this player movement.![]()

They can make themselves more attractive if they want.USports getting hit twice now. They lose the top CHL recruits, and now are losing current players.

Knowing the NCAA, it wouldn't surprise me if somehow the USports guys are eligible for the extra COVID year or some shit like thatWho knows these days.
I wonder if Landon can play in NCAA in 26/27 during his draft year. Brother could commit somewhere and go next year or year after with brother. Hopefully it's the Maize & Blue!!Not a CHL player, but one with implications for another.
Have heard Nolan Dupont has an offer from Big Ten school. Tried to find a thread on the prospect board but did not see one for him. Had 56-point season in AJHL this year. And notably, is older brother of Landon Dupont.
Has anyone see or heard anything on this?
He can if he accelerates his schooling, and grads early as a 16-17yr old.I wonder if Landon can play in NCAA in 26/27 during his draft year. Brother could commit somewhere and go next year or year after with brother. Hopefully it's the Maize & Blue!!
I would suspect there was some contractual language ensuring that he remains in the WHL when he was granted EP by Hockey Canada and the CHL.I wonder if Landon can play in NCAA in 26/27 during his draft year. Boston College did the same with Hagens. Once Michael decommitted from Harvard, was apparent that Michael and James would be a package deal.No but if so we can assume that the school in question is using him as a lure for his younger brother, much like Michigan did with Fantili and B.U. with Celebrini.
Yeah don’t think that would be legally enforceable. Wouldn’t be legal in the US and the US has weaker anti-trust laws than most countries.I would suspect there was some contractual language ensuring that he remains in the WHL when he was granted EP by Hockey Canada and the CHL.
