  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

Now official. The BCHL's two flagship franchises are bolting and will both be in the WHL by 2026/27.

One now begins to wonder if the AJHL will allow those who bolted back in? I would venture to guess that they will make it as uncomfortable as possible but good sense will prevail and they will be back in the fold.

They might as well. It would just be easier for them travel wise.

I guess Chilliwack wants to try again even though they failed the last time.

The Jack Willson decommitment seemed like an obvious case of Michigan wanting to open up a spot for a big name, likely from the CHL, so Mews coming in for 2025-26 absolutely fits. Would be a big get by Naurato after a couple weak classes/birthyears for Michigan's standards.
Michigan really doesn't have to bring in any of their recruits for 2025-26 with the exception of Cole McKinney. They can send everyone back to junior for further development if they want. They have plenty of room for CHLers. Would think Naurato is going to be hard after McKenna, Misa, Martone, Smith, Roobroeck, McQueen, etc from the high end CHL pool

Park would bolt for another school, but otherwise I agree.
