Knies is off the table, hes been excellent and just played very well for team usa. I'd add sda to the deal but that would be it.

No he's not. I wouldn't do either prospect straight up for Hagel, forget adding a 1st.

I don't exactly agree with this. Taking on Ritchie is pretty insignificant if you are getting that really good return

I know who they are quite well. Have you actually watched Hagel play? He's Mangiapane 2.0

even at #27, to say there's no decent chance to get an NHL'er there is disingenuous

Hagel has 27 pts in 43 games this season and 24 pts in 52 games last season. People are overrating what he is worth. That is decent production but over an extremely small sample size. If you get a 2nd and ok prospect you are getting about what is fair.
