I don't know enough about Stillman to claim he's worth or not worth a 31st overall pick though.

I wasn't sure that he hadn't had some kind of underrated super-season or something. Wonderful though, thanks for a more knowledgeable opinion.

Tampa says thank you but no thank you. 108 GP, 3G and 15A for 18 Pts and a -6 is in no way, shape, or form worth that trade for Tampa with the first round pick included. Myers also has better overall numbers 142GP, 7G and 26A for 33 Pts and a +7.

They absolutely would. They could find another left shot defenseman somewhere between what Stillman makes and Myers contract without giving up any draft picks much less a first. If the lightning move a first round pick it will be through trading down out of the first round to add additional pics they do not currently have
