Dang, I always assumed he was like 5'8".
5.11 with his skates on is my guess

Staple reminded us he was at Isles camp I think twice?
Doesn't Cizikas play the role he'd most likely be targeting?Staple reminded us he was at Isles camp I think twice?

I think you're overrating Suter's expected impact at the NHL level.Absolutely not. Cizikas is a great player but really just for a shutdown checking line. Pius Suter is a playmaking center. Cizikas mostly played with Martin and Komarov I think. Suter would be absolutely useless with those two.

Based on what you just said.Based on what?
I can tell you that Pius Suter is better than Dominik Kubalik. If that helps. And he played in NA before.
Based on what you just said.
He was an effective two-way forward in junior who broke out offensively in his 19-year old season. His stats in the NLA last season are promising, but his showings in NHL training camps haven't shown a guy who's going to score you 30 goals.
I'm guessing he's a guy who might be a third liner at this level.
Looks like Chicago

Kubalik isn't gonna score 30 goals on a consistent basis either.
We badly need center depth
woah woah dude, hold your horses. He was my favorite player the last couple of years here in Zurich, but it's still questionable if he even sticks in the NHL longterm. To pot 40 he would need to constantly play on the top line and 1st pp unit. And the team he goes to, needs to be semi-good.I'm sure he'll have some down years but have you seen him play?
He's a sniper. He may get 40 or more with the right set-up man at center.

I'm happy Pius gets a shot to show his abilities in NA and if he pots 15+ or 20+ a season, that's already a huge achievement in my eyes.
Going to need a more credible source
I can't imagine a player actually wanting to be coached by Crawford again. I seem to recall rumors of players not liking him for how much he yelled at and berated them. What do I know, but I wouldn't think that Chicago would be a front runner for that reason (maybe for other reasons, but not that).
