Yep. On the Oiler's board in the Puljujarvi thread a few days ago, some poster made a comment about trading Puljujarvi for another disappointing, struggling prospect and then went on to name Bean and Necas. When some other poster said Necas wasn't disappointing, he went on to say "Well, he made the team out of camp 2 years in a row and couldn't stick."

Obviously inferior to Pulju, who could and did.

Some days back Pulju btw told the Finnpress that it's very likely he won't be wearing Oilers jersey in next season. He stopped right of confirming it, but there is something tangible going on in the tradefront there. Obviously by courtesy the eliminated teams won't be doing trading during the Stanley Cup playoffs or finals.

I wouldn't trade Necas for that Pulju guy. Necas is better and the Canes need a top Center anyway.

Besides that, great respect for the Checkers. Wasn't easy to do this with all the guys they lost either due to injury or to the Canes. Lots of injuries within the organization with both teams still involved.
