I remember him being unimpressive in his cup of coffee couple seasons ago. I'd being willing to give him another look though. He may be one of those really good ahl players but that's it.Unless we offer him a one way deal, I have to imagine Pots might move on this offseason.
I don't disagree, I'm just thinking about things from his perspective.I remember him being unimpressive in his cup of coffee couple seasons ago. I'd being willing to give him another look though. He may be one of those really good ahl players but that's it.
Anyone else noticed that Necas "centers" his line when the Checkers have the puck then Brown takes the defensive responsibilities.
They may end up wrong, but producing a lot at the age he's at means nothing. If they don't think he's good enough to hack it at the NHL level, it'd be dumb to waste your time playing him there.Apots has improved every single year he's been in the organization and he's the team's leading scorer. What more can you ask? Even if the org doesn't think he's good enough, he should at least get the chance.
Also Tomas Jurco is a bad AHL player lol.

He could just be Keith Aucoin. If he ever get a long chance from someone, we'll see.If Derek Ryan can be an almost 40 point player in the NHL, I don't see why Pots couldn't be. Similar skillsets, and Pots is probably the better goal scorer.
Ryan is a pretty good skater and had his former junior coach who was in love with him give him a shot. Poturalski is a meh skater and has no connections. If Derek Ryan can be an almost 40 point player in the NHL, I don't see why Pots couldn't be.
