Another international hockey tourney and, yet again, Canada trumps the US.
Gotta love it.
Gotta love it.
Connor was getting caved this tournament. Wasn't surprised he got scratched tonight, but he's still a better option than Nelson et al.That's my whole take
Forget MacK McD Makar
Forget Tkachuks
Kyle Conner was the reason we won
In all seriousness, I can't believe he was basically cast aside. He'd be on my teams top 6.
Lmao, whatever man I’m not reading all that. Thanks for talking everybody congrats Canada. See ya in the Olympics!hilarious
You must have watched a different game to come to this conclusion.Well well its back to the drawing board for the Americans, as Canada's best once again prove too big, too strong, too fast, and too good.
Maybe put it as a trio and add that they lost the last 2 games of the tournament.Team USA and leaving a Canadian open on the gold-winning goal, name a more iconic duo.
Isn’t France #1 in BBall now?I’m pretty sure the U.S. is still tops in basketball.
Didn’t service went down I’m in the subway in Tokyo I’m sure you’ve been here, bye bro. Enjoy your life
No team is ever without injured players. That’s just the nature of hockey. Even in a tourney with all star players. That’s one reason why this tournament was like the SC run. Players with broken bones were playing in the Avs last SC run. It reflects the competition level. Add to that the matter of national pride. And the level of depth in the teams was pretty remarkable. It was like, let’s build a super team pre-cap style. That was fun!You know our top 3 defensemen of Pietrangelo, Makar and Theodore missed the first game against the US and then Morrissey missed this one?
Canada owns the U.S.A. when it comes to hockey. So bridesmaids both times.
Other than, I think, one World Cup of Hockey when have the 'Muricans ever beaten Canada in an international tourney?
They acted like a group that had never been there before and well....I guess they haven't.Well said Marchy, I mean, it wasn't just those two idiots it was former players like Whitney who went on a rant before the tournament started saying f*** you Canada.
There was no respect for their opponent or the game itself from that whole organization past and present.
That's not cockiness, that's just being assholes.
cripes, you deserve to get humiliated when you act like that.
Terrible attitude...................and they got what they deserved from their behaviour.
wasn't a good look for U.S hockey at all this tournament.
They better learn from that.
Why in the hell would France be ranked over the USA in basketball? They just lost to them in the Olympics.Isn’t France #1 in BBall now?
Yeah we live diff lives, but post away lolSorry about your luck. On all levels.
He did get cavedConnor was getting caved this tournament. Wasn't surprised he got scratched tonight, but he's still a better option than Nelson et al.
2014 wasn’t a final but we won that one too.
Hate to break it you Einstein, the Stanley Cup has absolutely nothing to do with National Pride. This is good. I mean, they can't win a Stanley cup, so this'll be nice for 'em. This and a little pat on the head should keep them pacified for a little bit.
We're gonna end up with Chad Kroeger or something instead though. Can we all agree, no more Canadian female Grammy award winners should ever sing an anthem.
If t wasn't for Canadian coaches and players no American team would ever win a Stanley Cup.This is good. I mean, they can't win a Stanley cup, so this'll be nice for 'em. This and a little pat on the head should keep them pacified for a little bit.
Oh no, now that USA lost they are full of excuses and this tournament doesn't mean anything anymore and is considered '' mickey-mouse '' tourney.
Woaw, who could have guess.
Class, all around boys.
If you want to use the injury bug excuses : Canada wins the robin game against USA if Makar and Theodore arent injured, thus, it's a Finale of Canada vs Sweden. USA finishes the tournament with 2pts. Let that sink in.
Avatar checks out. This is good. I mean, they can't win a Stanley cup, so this'll be nice for 'em. This and a little pat on the head should keep them pacified for a little bit.
