I see the criticism of Jack, but I think it's overblown. Theres a bunch of reasons why its not working. Systems, illness, linemates.

Hughes looks fine in NJ because he usually plays with someone who can go and dig pucks out. He looked fine in the playoffs when he was in them, so it's likely not a 'too soft for Play-off hockey' thing.
