Nobody who witnessed both in their primes is taking McDavid over Sid in a winner take all championship game, that's for sure.

Hell, 37 year old Sid has looked better than prime McDavid just tonight...Matthews has been better as well on the opposite end.

Geez I never understood that mentality. Why should they change the rules when it's an important game?

What's so entertaining about getting nice scoring chances cancelled by hooking and holding and interference? "Let the boys play" should mean "make sure the talented players are allowed to make plays".
