Ironically, Canada has 50% more "American" bald eagles than the USA does, and when the population's decline became threatening in the early '80s, Canada stepped up and gave y'all a bunch of eaglets to help start a baby eagle boom.

Sounds to me like the rest of those eagles need to come home!
