Basically there's a mini draw between 2 possible match-ups each time.
For instance, PSG and Benfica will be drawn against either Brest or Monaco.

This is so dumb. Higher seed should just get the lower seed. Don't know why there is an extra draw. Doesn't make sense to me. It's not like we won;t know what the seeds are. That's kind of my issue with the format, but whatever.
