Hate those type of PKs. To avoid contact Sczesny should be able to stop movement in a split second. Why shouldn't Pavlidis be required to stop in split second instead? He had already chipped the ball over keeper, contact had no effect on whether there was going to be a goal or not.

Basically keepers are only allowed to try to make a save by standing still on the goal line if refs go this route.
