Yes of course. Hence my post about them not being in there anymore. Stress the anymore.
Yes. I believe the winner will likely be someone winning a treble. In the conversation for BdO?

Of course if Dembele doesn't win it, I feel like Salah's incredible PL year is back in the fold.
Yeah to me Raphinha has been out of form for a while even though he continues to contribute.First and foremost, a lot of time until it's awarded. That said, obviously this season will play a part. Barca potentially winning the Double and making it to the CL Semis will factor in if you ask me. Raphinha's also got the numbers including equaling Ronaldo's CL goal contributions record. I just don't see any Barca players who might have been in contention suddenly falling off after yesterday, especially someone who again scored.
Fitness issue, he's recovering from a minor leg muscle injury so probably isn't fit for a full 90 yet.Dembele starting on the bench is…interesting.
Maybe it’s just me, but I would have a problem with Raphinha winning BDO. He’s not even the best player on his own team.
Who is Barcelona’s best player? It is just you.
-Arguably the best player based on performance which is what the award should be about.
-Essentially assumed the role of captain during key moments.
-16 goals and 9 assists in 28 league starts
-13 goals and 8 assists in 14 CL starts, equaling the record for goal contributions.
-1 goal and 4 assists in 5 Copa matches.
-30 goals and 21 assists all season which doesn't even include the Supercopa which is now a competitive competition. Also, he's a winger.
-Delivered in multiple big matches.
-Hat-trick in CL against Bayern.
-Goal and assist in first Clasico.
-3 goals and an assist in tie against Benfica.
-1 goal and an assist in tie against Dortmund.
-1 goal and an assist in tie against Inter.
-2 assists in Copa Semi against Atleti.
-2 goals and an assist in Supercopa Clasico final.
-Arguably most times Man of the Match for Barca, as many as 16 times.
This is up there with Salah and Dembele.

His goal yesterday isn't hiding his poor performance. At least to me.
I can't see any Barca or PSG or Inter or Arsenal player beating Salah if they don't win the CL.
Who is Barcelona’s best player?
If you had to protect one Barcelona player from an hypothetical expansion draft, are you protecting Raphinha?I don't know for sure. Tough to say and it depends on how you look at it. IMO based on performances it's Raphinha for this season. Pedri arguably more consistent and arguably more important, but not necessarily better this season. Lamine on talent, though he's having a great season as well.

Or better - if you had to pick one of those three to have been out this season, which combination of 2 players if giving you the best results
I’m trying to say Raphinha isn’t Barca’s best or most important player. Doesn’t me he’s bad, but this is like the Jorginho argument a couple years ago. I don’t think the BDO should go to someone who isn’t the best or most important player on their team. Not sure how this is relevant to the discussion.
Expansion draft? Pedri or Lamine. Probably the latter, but I'd hate to choose.
of course he’s been awesome this year but to me it’s just as binary as I stated above; and all three deserve consideration; but also in that respect they split the vote a bit too. The other thing with Raphinha is the Brazil form which isn’t exactly a credit to him.Again, not sure the relevance. Also, again, tough considering the team this season and the multiple contributions.
