Did they win with another 85+ minute goal?
“Liverpool were due a lucky win, having not once been properly beaten on the xG all season; prior to tonight, -0.4 was the biggest deficit. So the Reds hadn’t really had the chance to have a lucky win, until this game.”

Honestly that was the worst game we played in Europe since the game Rodgers threw against Madrid back then. And it was worse than any game Benitez ever had.

We all know that was a bogus result, nobody will defend it lol

Now that being said. There were a couple attacks we had where PSG were just all the way wide open and someone would f*** it up. We always had a chance to score here.

There’s no way that we play that same XI at Anfield. Slot saw what we all did when he made the two obvious subs. I think there is no way we play them Leg 2 without the extra midfielder, and it’ll be Darwin or Diaz in the false left role because we’ve learn that we cannot sacrifice speed against PSG. I don’t even think Gakpo is quick enough

All the credit to PSG they are awesome
People will say LFC have had no injuries this season, meanwhile this guy missed two months

Yeah it's not Ligue 1.
It's just Real, Barca and the big boys who can pressure refs. It's a closed group.

I mean you can't really say the ref's decision was due to pressure from players here.

We can also be particularly happy Liverpool didn't score from the resulting offensive push the other way, what a mess that would've been.
