He seems like a really nice guy and his interview after was touching. As you said, some people get their 15 minutes of fame and he ran with his, so good for him, now he really can retire in peace, and hopefully he does, as a champion. However, still stand by my comments and others that it is such a CFL thing for a kicked around journeyman non-descript QB can be the starter in the biggest game of the year and win and be named CFL. Cinderella Story!
Reads a bit like Tom Wilkenson’s story….hard not to feel good about it.

I found it interesting that his coach seemed to have complete confidence in him to be the starter. Dinwiddie having been thrust into the same role in the 2007 Grey Cup after Kevin Glenn got injured in the Eastern Final. Dinwiddies' outcome wasn't as favourable as the Glenn injury undoubtedly was the main factor in the Bomber loss that day. Arbuckle played a good game despite the two turnovers.
