Lesson for the future is you can’t start the year 0-7 and expect to salvage your season.
we aren’t starting the future with Chris jones as the coach so that’s a good start

Bombers have the best defense in the league.
They held the Lions to 4 first downs an entire game. That’s crazy with the CFL rules favouring offense.
They can make any QB look bad.

This one is on Ford. He didn’t look prepared to play from the start. I didn’t mind the move to MBT but as Heavy Dee mentioned it came too late. Typically takes him a few series to get going so the switch should have happened at the start of the third quarter. With 9 minutes left there was no margin of error for him and he needs some. Disappointing loss in any event and probably seals their fate.

Very weak effort from Ford. MBT fires a couple of passes to nowhere to top it off.
Credit to the defense for a gutsy effort.
Kordell Jackson and Rankin have both been great finds for the EE.
How bad is it when your punt return is being handled by your starting defensive safety? Nothing from kick returns again tonight.

I doubt MBT would’ve fared much better. Probably even worse considering the defense could’ve just focused on Rankin.
