They've always wanted a 1A and 1B starting lineup ever since Renard took over. That philosophy seems to come from up top.

There wont be much of a drop in quality when Courtois uses his subs or when he rotates the lineup when the sched. gets crazy. This is a good strategy to have in MLS.

BUT you still need a player or two who can truly make a difference. You can't just only rely on the collective.

They definitely need someone to split the minutes with Pierce on the left side, especially with the way we play our WBs. Pierce was at his best playing 50-50 with Edwards and staying fresh energy wise.

Replace Zouhir with Baldursson. Add Vilsaint up top and Biello somewhere. You can also include the recent signing from this years draft. Have Iankov and Opoku shown up to training camp since they haven't been officially loaned out?

Couldn't add as many subs as I wanted, so I added the top of the depth chart.

And no news on Opoku's transfer or Iankov for that matter. Too many question marks still.

I heard that, but he played most of last season and his career at CM, and we have way more depth up front than at midfield, so I put him at midfield.

Either way, he's injured right now, and even if it comes true, he probably won't be ready for action until the summer, which is why I had the PTSD flashbacks to Thorkelsson.

I agree, still a lot of question marks and missing pieces, even if those missing pieces are backups when we still really need better quality starters.

By the way, I realized something yesterday.

Vrioni - 1.947 million
Arango - 2.088 million

Difference - 141k

Don't make any mistake by thinking that the team went out and spent on a DP striker. Only reason he's here, is because it only cost 50k GAM, and the Revs are probably picking up a lot of salary meaning the team isn't paying as much as we think since we only know that they are and not how much.
