I'm guessing the second forward spot was always going to be a rotating cast of players anyway. We should have enough options to work with, even without Opoku. Vilsaint in particular is ready to take on a bigger role.

I'm just not sure he's fit for 90 minutes yet. But the talent is certainly though. It still boggles my mind that Losada would bench him for Offor...

He already reminds me of Kone a lot, lanky kid with excellent technical abilities who can dribble through a crowd. The ceiling is pretty high on this kid IMO.

I guess Marinaro and Filosa were correct last year when it came to assessing Vilsaint's abilities.

Having talent and reaching your potential are two different things obviously, but I like the kid a lot. Seems like he has a decent head on his shoulders too, which never hurts.

Toye could work really well with Coco IMO, style wise they are pretty complementary. Too bad he probably won't stay healthy long enough to make the most of it.

Doody is a natural RB. We don't have anyone aside from Ruan at that position. Anyway, I call that signature last month. It was needed and he looked alright in the preseason games
