That was a classic USA at the iihf world championships elimination game. Bad luck draw in terms of opponent, nothing goes right in the elimination game and then out. Consistently poor coaching as well. Tight game either way, great crowd.

What a thriller.

Also loved the Gudas - Tkachuk stuff. I am no fan of players playing on the edge, but you can't deny the importance of having someone like Gudas on the squad. Without him, Tkachuk would be doing his pest stuff all over the place.

Also, it felt like 20% of the footage was Zegras complaining to the refs.

I cannot believe how far Zegras has fallen. He was the worst player on the ice.
