And Itami!

At least both of the NXT guys should be back by... January, I'd hope? February the latest I'd hope.

Rusev should be back by December and Cena will be back in December, too. But Rollins, Orton, Cesaro, Kidd and Bryan are all long-term injuries that'll likely miss Wrestlemania.
I'd expect Itami back any day now. But I expect they'll just keep him out until we're post-London. No need to rush him back or anything, NXT is running fine without him.

Zayn was meant to be back after Itami, but also by the new year. But, as we've talked about before, Zayn is going to the main roster when he returns, with a good chance of a Rumble return.

Our only hope is that somehow they bring him back strong

I know its a total grasp but expecting him to get a real push always is

If it's an "oh no we really need bodies right now", then you call Joe. Except he's over here in the UK for a tour soon (in the headline match too, so they're not dropping him).

Other than Balor, WWE is going to call up who they need now regardless of that tour.

Normally I'd agree, but this is the first NXT tour and I'd expect they'd want to see it do well (and see how well it does) over just a random stop gap on the main roster.

If they just need warm bodies, I think it's better to promote someone from the job-squad before pulling Joe from the tour. But even then, you'll only miss one Raw with Joe (I think, not checked the dates) so it could still work fine.

Is Neville on that tour? Because they might as well pull him from the main and just drop him in for Joe. He's not going anywhere on the main.

That makes no sense at all.

Why not? The goal here is to get a guy who can be in the upper tier immediately. Neville needs too much rehab right now for that, so if you're hung up on a guy being popular enough in the UK to replace Joe on that tour, put him in there.

The entire show is built around Joe vs Bálor. You don't 'just drop' someone in to that. It's a case of totally scrapping the entire show.

Neville is the guy you should be building up from the lower card. He's already got 'wins' over Cena and Rollins. He's shown he can beat anyone if he gets a chance, and he's a great worker too. It doesn't take long to build someone up really. You can do in a week easily, especially when you've got a move as protected as the Red Arrow to give you 'easy' wins on the way up.

He was advertised for the Germany tour, as a special guest. He's basically there as an ambassador and someone that can translate (I believe he speaks German).

He's Swiss, ofc he speaks German. He's actually been on the German commentary team a bit for shows, they dub Raw and stuff the German markets.

Dunno if other places get it, but I actually have the option of the German commentary for the Royal Rumble on the Network. Like it shows up as an extra show on the PPV page.
