Any real nhl upside? If so is he more of a future bottom 6 in nhl?

He may be a rookie, but he also turns 24 in February so probably not much upside outside of the bottom 6.

He's a smart player though and works hard, so could be some NHL time in his future. (One more injury or so and he is gonna see NHL time this season).

Another one of those undrafted college free agents Stars love to sign. Can't remember any of them ever becoming an NHL regular. L'Esperance was like the best we've ever have signed.

Alot of those signings turned into quality AHL players and teams need those too . Expecting a 4 year undrafted college player in his mid-twenties to suddenly turn into an NHL player on the other hand would be too much .

Correcting myself by the way i think Gavin Bayreuther probably turned out the best of all the undrafted NCAA guys we signed
