2 minutes for embellishment, 10 minute misconduct AND a 5 minute game misconduct for L'Heureux on Milwaukee.

Grushnikov gets 2 on the play as well for the initial call, and unfortunately Stankoven just took a hooking minor as well so after all of that Texas ends up shorthanded for a bit and won't get much of a powerplay on the 5 minute major

I think he could make the NHL. Don't think he will be anything special though

I could 100% see him as a future Avalanche player he's exactly the type of player they like. I'd possibly put money on it

The Texas offense is pretty stacked either way, but yeah averaging over 4 goals a game was definitely not going to be maintainable.

Blumel scores on the PP to tie the game at 1 early in the 3rd. Knuckle puck from way out somehow found the net. Blumel has the last 3 Texas goals these past couple of games. They could use more of that puck luck for other guys

Man, Stranges with as good of a look as you could ever ask for right from the slot and he gets stopped.

Iowa comes down the ice immediately after that and scores on a puck batted out of mid air off a rebound. 2-1 with 10 minutes to go

Stankoven gets his own rebound and scores to tie the game 2-2. A quick response and a 5 game point streak for Stankoven

Kyrou kept the puck in and got it to him in front of the net. Good play and he gets the loan assist

Really bad decision making by Stankoven at the end. 20 seconds left and Texas has possession and he blindly throws a weak shot towards the net as if there was 2 seconds left that gets blocked. Then he dumps it in while the whole team is offside to kill the remaining time. Oh well. Really rough stretch for the team
